Any suggestions for poems?? ANY?

-Basically, my friend, a guy, 17 years old, asked me in an email to write any good poems I knew for him. He said, not love/romantic ones and preferably not poets that are that well known.

He is American & likes Avril Lavigne :) not that that helps...

I am struggling to come up with good ones. He hasn't told me what it's for, but it might be a speech or something and I want him to feel confident when reading it aloud.

Probably ones that are quite modern. Maybe, I don't mind, please just suggest as many as you can!!!Write a poem about Avril Lavigne.
